We want everyone who reaches out to Stoleberlin Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Stoleberlin Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand that Stoleberlin Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@stoleberlin.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
